At CMG Motorcycles, we want you to ride with confidence and style. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective armor and tags are included to maintain return eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our workshop team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
